How to Choose Vial Labels for Your Brand
Your vial label is often the first thing a customer sees. Here is how to choose labels that look premium and hold up.
1. Pick the right material
Small vials need flexible, durable stock. Synthetic films (BOPP, polyester) resist moisture, smudging and refrigeration better than paper.
2. Size for the vial
Measure circumference and height. Leave a small gap so the label doesn't overlap awkwardly, and keep key text inside the visible front panel.
3. Choose a finish
Gloss pops, matte feels premium, and foil or spot accents make your brand stand out on a shelf or in photos.
4. Keep the design legible
Use strong contrast, a clear brand mark and a readable font size. Leave space for lot numbers and dates.
5. Stay consistent
Use the same colors, logo placement and typography across every product so your line looks like a family.
6. Order a proof
Always approve a printed or digital proof before a full run.
